¾ oz Vermouth blanc
½ oz WFE Orange Liqueur
1 ½ oz Calwise Blonde Rum
1 barspoon Grenadine
Build in a glass, add ice, stir, & strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Drop in a cherry & garnish with an orange peel.

1 oz WFE blackberry tarragon syrup
½ oz WFE Barrel Reserve Orange Liqueur
1 ½ oz Calwise Big Sur Gin
Shake with ice & strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with fresh tarragon.
Old Fashioned

1 ½ oz Calwise Blonde Rum
1 ½ oz Calwise Spiced Rum
¼ oz Simple syrup (or 1 cube of sugar)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Fees cherry bitters
Build in rocks glass, add one large ice cube & stir. Garnish with orange peel.
Daiquiri

1 ½ oz Calwise Blonde Rum
½ oz Simple syrup
½ oz Lime juice
Shake with ice & double strain into chilled coup glass. Garnish with a floating lime wheel.
California Mule

2 oz Calwise Spiced Rum
½ oz Lime juice
Ginger beer
Add rum & lime juice to a copper mug. Fill with ice & top with ginger beer to taste. Garnish with lime wheel or wedge.
